Within Germany

Standard shipping

Orders for which you choose standard shipping will be shipped by Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD. Orders within Germany with an order value of 39 EUR or more are usually shipped free of charge. Below an order value of 39 EUR, shipping costs of 3.00 EUR per delivery apply. Possible delivery locations: To German delivery addresses, including German islands. Delivery to a Packstation is possible.

Articles without youth rating Within Germany, delivery to minors is not possible for films and PC & video games marked with "No youth rating according to §14 JuSchG" (or which have not received an age rating at all). Lobigo ships such titles exclusively with DHL and Hermes as a special shipment for items without a youth rating.

Premium shipping

Orders placed before 2 p.m. for which you choose Premium Shipping will be shipped by DHL on the same day. There are 4.99 EUR shipping costs per delivery regardless of the value of goods.  Only double-layer boxes marked "Caution Fragile" will be used for shipping.

Outside Germany

The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany can be found in the tables below. If necessary, customs duties may be levied in countries outside the European Union.

Premium Shipping

Orders for which you choose Premium Shipping will be shipped using the DHL Premium shipping option. The surcharge is 4.99 EUR compared to standard shipping regardless of the value of the goods. Only double layer boxes marked "Caution Fragile" will be used for shipping.
