Return & Replacement

You can return your order to us within one month of receiving the goods. Please return the unused goods in the original packaging.

Independent of the legal right of withdrawal, we offer you the possibility to return items to us within 100 days.
The prerequisite for this is that you have ordered the items via your customer account at lobigo.de. Excluded from the extended right of return are items that are also excluded from the legal right of withdrawal. The goods must be complete, in their original packaging and unused, and the items must not show any signs of use. Hygiene items must be unused and attached seals must still be intact. In addition, items with a best-before date are generally excluded from the voluntary right of return.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount. The refund varies depending on the method of payment and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Prepayment

The credit will be issued to the bank account from which your transfer to us was made.

Credit card

The credit note will be booked back to the credit card account charged by us. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement.

PayPal

The credit will be credited to the PayPal account you use. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited on your PayPal account or booked back to your bank account.
